The Group’s most recent project was a comprehensive media campaign for Kosovo’s 2011 census.  Kosovo had not had a full census for more than 30 years and a whole range of stakeholders needed accurate data in order to plan and allocate resources effectively.  The census was this year’s most important project undertaken by Kosovo’s institutions, and its success, with a high rate of popular participation and understanding, was critical.

To achieve this, we created, designed, and managed an extensive media campaign stretching from December 2010 through April 2011.  The centerpiece of the campaign was a bus tour with celebrity Goodwill Ambassadors.  For 21 days the bus visited more than 90 villages and towns throughout Kosovo, bringing original music composed for the campaign, talking with the people, and distributing notebooks, key chains, lanyards, balloons, footballs, etc.

PrishtinaFILM produced multiple TV and radio spots and The Group designed billboards, flyers, brochures, pamphlets, and posters, managing all broadcast and distribution to ensure the broadest possible dissemination of census information and awareness.  Kosovars participated in the census in record numbers and the project was a major success.
